Miriam Wilson

Miriam is a highly experienced solicitor, qualified in 2013, and a graduate of Nottingham Trent University with an LLB (Hons) in Irish Law. She also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Trust & Estate Planning and is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP). Miriam brings a deep commitment to client care, specialising in Family and Child Care Law, Family Business Planning, Wills, Probate, Trusts, and matters concerning Elder and Vulnerable Persons Law. Further including the Assisted Decision-Making (Capacity) Act, Enduring Powers of Attorney, and the Nursing Home Support Scheme. She is also a proud member of Solicitors for the Elderly Ireland. In addition to her legal practice, Miriam has contributed to the profession through lecturing and tutoring on the Law Society’s Diploma in Trusts & Estates. Her earlier career as an IT professional, spanning nearly two decades, adds a unique layer of insight and problem-solving ability to her legal work. Based in beautiful County Wexford, Miriam enjoys taking time to explore the local countryside when she’s not advising and supporting clients through life’s most important legal decisions.


Conor Robinson

Conor is a commercially driven solicitor with a sharp instinct for business. Specialising in commercial law, Conor works shoulder-to-shoulder with directors and business leaders, becoming an integral part of their strategic team. He supports clients through growth, transitions, acquisitions, and dispute resolution — always focused on outcomes, not drama. His expertise spans corporate compliance, board governance, data protection, trademarks, robust shareholder agreements, and commercial contracts. Conor is a skilled negotiator in high-stakes deals — whether buying, selling, or restructuring a business. Conor brings a cool head to contentious matters, prioritizing practical resolutions over needless confrontation. Before entering the legal profession, Conor founded and successfully exited a commercial venture, giving him first-hand insight into the realities of running a business. He went on to establish and grow a thriving Dublin-based law firm, later merging with a US firm. Conor sees himself first and foremost as a businessman who understands the law — not the other way around. He advises and represents clients across diverse sectors including the beverage industry, farming, retail, distribution, software development, and manufacturing.
Community
Conor is an active contributor to the local business community and currently serves as President of the Wexford Chamber of Commerce (2024–2025). Conor actively engages with both the Gorey Business Network and the wider Wexford business community. Committed to the development of future legal professionals, Conor lectures in Business Law at the Law Society of Ireland, supporting and mentoring trainee solicitors.
